Here are steps we’re taking with our guests and team members in mind
Masks, temperature checks
and more
We carry out temperature checks on our team members daily and request that they wear masks whilst interacting with guests. We also perform temperature checks on our guests before check-in. We ask that guests wear masks in some indoor common areas, and we’ve implemented occupancy limits on our rooms.
Comprehensive cleaning
We’re disinfecting common spaces and high-touch surfaces more frequently. We’re providing our housekeeping team with enhanced training, strengthening our cleaning and inspection checklists.
Flexible cancellations
Booking travel can be tough right now. If needed, you can cancel your booking before your stay. Please just make sure that you notify us about your cancellation! Please read FAQs for more information.

What if I need to cancel my stay?
If you made your reservation on qihotelandclub.com, please cancel your reservation not less than 24 hours before your stay. You can cancel your reservation by either sending us an email or sending us a message here. If you booked your reservation on another site (e.g. booking.com), please reach out to them directly.
How are you encouraging your guests to practice social distancing?
We have hand sanitizer stations and ask all our guests to wear face masks in indoor common areas. We have also set occupancy limits for our common areas.
How are you taking care of your employees?
We’re encouraging our employees to maintain social distancing and wash their hands frequently. All employees are required to stay home if feeling unwell. Additionally, we’re enacting stringent hygiene measures and requiring the use of masks during interactions in an effort to help keep both our team and our guests safe.
